The Casa Pantrovà is located above the picturesque village of Carona, behind the Monte San Salvatore, about 7 km from Lugano (20 minutes by bus). The house stands in a big garden with a beautiful view. This garden, with its slow rope, covers 3,200 sq.m. .
Spread across three floors, the house can accommodate up to 8 people (ideally up to 6 people):
The ground floor includes the kitchen, the dining room with access to the terrace, an adjacent room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the first floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a large library with a grand piano which invites you to work in total peace.
| A small one-room apartment with its own kitchen, and a shower, separate entry and direct access to the garden is located in the basement. Wifi access is available to tenants, as well as a computer with a printer and a TV. |
